In association with Pagella Politica, the SOMA project is ready to land at the International Journalism Festival (IJF) in Perugia, Italy, on 3-7 April 2019. The organized workshop, ‘What technology can do for fact-checking: practical examples from Europe’ will take place on Wednesday 3rd of April, at 15:00 – 16:00, in Hotel Brufani.
SOMA’s workshop speakers, journalist and author Barbara Sgarzi and the editor-in-chief of Pagella Politica Giovanni Zagni, will address the spread of disinformation in the media ecosystem and will present the use and the utility of technological tools for user generated digital content verification.
